CORNLOAD / PRIVACY

How this preview handles information

Updated October 2, 2026. Cornload is a project operated by Chris Traina, who also operates Chris in the Country.

Your search brief stays with you.

The search planner uses your choices and optional text in your browser to prepare a downloadable text file. This preview does not send your entries to Chris or store them in a website database. Entries may remain in the open page until you close or refresh it, and downloaded files remain on your device until you remove them.

Property lookup

Property facts come from county assessor records and are shown without owner names. Cornload Estimates are computer-generated from recent sales and are not appraisals. Typing an address searches a file loaded in your browser; nothing you type is stored by this site.

Maps and address search

To place a property on the aerial map, your browser asks OpenStreetMap's address service for its location and loads imagery from the U.S. Geological Survey. Those services receive the address being looked up and standard request information, including your IP address. The Google Earth and Google Maps buttons open Google's own sites, where Google's privacy practices apply.

When you contact Chris

If you send the valuation form, your name, phone, email, note and the property details go to Chris so he can reply. They are not sold or shared. If the form is set to text or email, nothing is sent until you send that message yourself.

Other websites work separately.

Links to Chris in the Country open his existing website, where its own privacy practices apply. Opening a contact link does not automatically send your search brief.

Technical requests

This site does not install analytics or marketing trackers. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts; your browser sends standard request information, including your IP address, to that service. The website host may process standard connection information to deliver the pages.
