CORNLOAD / PRIVACY

How Cornload handles information

Updated October 3, 2026. Cornload is a service of Delta Real Estate (California DRE #02206949).

Your search brief stays with you.

The search planner uses your choices and optional text in your browser to prepare a downloadable text file. Cornload's forms don't send your entries anywhere or store them in a website database. Entries may remain in the open page until you close or refresh it, and downloaded files remain on your device until you remove them.

Property lookup and instant estimates

Property facts come from county assessor records and MLS sales, shown without owner names. Cornload Estimates are computer-generated from recent sales and are not appraisals. Typing an address searches a file loaded in your browser, and facts you enter for an instant estimate are calculated in your browser. Nothing you type is stored by this site unless you send a contact form.

Maps and address search

To place a property on the aerial map, your browser asks OpenStreetMap's address service for its location and loads imagery from the U.S. Geological Survey. When Street View is turned on, Google receives the location of the property being viewed. Those services receive standard request information, including your IP address. The Google Earth and Google Maps buttons open Google's own sites, where Google's privacy practices apply.

When you contact a land specialist

If you send a valuation or contact form, your name, phone, email, note and the property details go to the Cornload Certified Land Specialist named on the form so they can reply. They are not sold. If the form is set to text or email, nothing is sent until you send that message yourself.

Partners

Specialists and lender partners may pay Cornload for placement. Your details go only to the specialist or partner you choose to contact.

Other websites work separately.

Links to other websites, such as a specialist's own site or Google Maps, open sites with their own privacy practices.

Technical requests

This site does not install analytics or marketing trackers. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts; your browser sends standard request information, including your IP address, to that service. The website host may process standard connection information to deliver the pages.
