Each row also shows how many homes sold with a private well and how many parcels are under a Williamson Act contract. The same numbers are in the CSV.

How each number is figured

Sales come from the MLS and county records for Sep 2024 through Sep 2026. Parcel counts and Williamson Act status come from the Solano and Yolo county parcel files; the other four counties' contract layers aren't loaded yet. Every county page lists the parcels behind its row.
